What Do You Need?

We know that consistent good housekeeping and ongoing maintenance of a building, vehicle or space of any kind, however large or small, is time consuming and costly. So our experienced contracts team will work with you to understand your cleaning requirements and tailor a quote for what you actually need, not sell you a generic package price.

Our clients often prefer to work on a full service basis which allows us to manage all oftheir cleaning needs with the benefit of having one point of contact at all times. This is also a more economical way of managing costs. We are big enough to handle many large contracts at any one time but we are small enough to ensure a personal, detailed service.

Graftons has a unique system to ensure that our customers’ requirements are met in super-quick time. Whether it’s an extra room that needs cleaning, a bin that needs changing or an entire floor space needing to be polished, by emailing help@graftonscleaning.com our admin team will reply and confirm the job within 60 minutes. Our office is manned between 6am and 10.30pm, 7 days a week, with a dedicated ‘phone line answered in person between 9am and 5.30pm, meaning requests are responded to immediately.
