  • We recognise and practice all aspects of TUPE to ensure you are getting the right staff for the job under the correct legislation.
  • All areas in our care are fully covered by our comprehensive insurance scheme.
  • We are accredited by PaninsulaBusiness Services, which means we are fully compliant with the latest health and safety legislations.
  • We are committed to keeping our local communities green, using only the cleanest, greenest, bio-degradable products on the market today.

Staff Monitoring

  • Graftons Commercial Cleaning only recruits members of staff with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in commercial cleaning and we ensure they are kept up-to-date with the latest in specialist training.
  • Every member of staff is CRB checked and has held a full, clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Our sophisticated in-house time attendance system ensures all clients receive the service they have booked.
  • All sites are visited bi-weekly by an Area Supervisor and monthly audits are conducted by an Area Manager.
